5. Wholesaler Portal Terms

Listing Requirements: Wholesalers must submit accurate property information.

Acquisition: Convecap purchases properties directly; it does not act as a broker.

6. Fees & Payments

Fees for Platform use, management, renovation, and agent commissions are provided in applicable agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, UI designs, code, and branding are the exclusive property of Convecap and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Prohibited Activities

  • Misrepresenting property details
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Uploading malware or malicious code
  • Attempting to hack or reverse-engineer the Platform
  • Using automated bots without permission

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties. Convecap is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data and comply with relevant privacy laws.
